Record is of actions taken by commission on applications from shippers for refunds from railroad companies accused of collecting excessive freight charges or applications for waivers of collection of undercharges. Entries include application number, name of railroad company from which refund or waiver is requested, order of the commission, date of order, date copies of order mailed, and the names and addresses of recipients of the order.
